How do I contact A1 Computers?

It’s simple.
Give us a call. You’ll be put straight through to our engineering team. If they’re busy, leave a message and they’ll ring you right back. Send an email. When you email us, your email will be logged onto our system and assigned to an engineer, who will call you to sort out your IT problem. Click on your mouse. We’ll supply with you an icon for your desktop that you can click on. You can use it to log your query on to our system.

How does A1 Computers deliver IT Support?

When you call us, our engineers can take over the management of your PC when you click on the pop up box that appears on your screen. We’ll then solve the problem exactly as we would if we were in your office, without the wait and without the expense. And you can watch us while we do it.

Will I know who is working on my PC?

Yes. We pride ourselves on our personal service. Our team is small and friendly and we’ll make sure we know your systems inside out.

How long will I have to wait for IT Support?

No time. We deal with all calls straight away. And if we can’t offer you a solution then and there, we’ll call you back when it’s convenient.

Is there anything my IT Support contract doesn’t cover?

It depends on the contract you choose. Most of our contracts cover everything you could possibly need. If you do need additional services, we’ll give you a discount.

Is remote support better than onsite support?

Remote support will give you an immediate answer to your problems. Onsite support can be expensive and lead to delays. But we know that some problems need the personal touch, so we’re happy to come to your office and help you install new hardware, solve complicated problems, or complete a project. We include emergency onsite support as part of our packages.

Do you provide IT Support for PC’s and Mac’s?

We’re equally comfortable with Macs and PCs. And we’ll even take it a step further, but we offering IT support for your Blackberry or Smart Phone.

How do you prevent IT Support problems?
