Save Costs on Printer Cartridges

It is not a good idea to buy too many inkjet or laser cartridges for your printer. When your printer stops working you will find that you can no longer buy a printer that uses your extra cartridges.

And as the cost of printers has come down so much over recent times in most cases it is cheaper to buy a replacement than to fix it as spare parts, if available, cost so much. Buy cartridges as you need them.

Ensure that your data in Excel is systematically organised. A column for first name and column for surname, etc. In Microsoft Word, use the Mail Merge function to print the labels using the selected data in the Excel spreadsheet.
