Simply Sending PresentationsSimply Sending Presentations

It is easy to send your PowerPoint presentation by email. Save your presentation as a 'Slide Show', so the person who received it can open it easily.

To do this, on the 'Office Button' or 'File' menu, click on 'Save As'. In the 'Save dialog box', select 'PowerPoint Show' (.pps) from the 'Save As Type' dropdown list.

Sending your presentation by CD is easy; simply use the 'Package for CD' feature in PowerPoint. This feature will set up your presentation (including linked files) on a CD so that the slide show will run correctly for any recipient.

It even adds a PowerPoint viewer so that the recipient's computer doesn't need PowerPoint to run the show.
